Gluten-Free Pasta with Truffle Caviar

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Hearts of Palm Shredded

  • 2 cups of heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp. of truffle caviar/truffle oil

  • 3 tbsp. of parmesan grated cheese

  • 1 tsp of chop chive

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Wash and drain the Hearts of Palm Shredded.
  • Cook the heavy cream with the parmesan grated cheese and the truffle caviar or truffle oil.
  • Let it dense.
  • Mix well.
  • Fire the table adding the chopped chive.
