Gluten-Free Pasta with Truffle Caviar

3 cups of Hearts of Palm Shredded
2 cups of heavy cream
2 tbsp. of truffle caviar/truffle oil
3 tbsp. of parmesan grated cheese
1 tsp of chop chive
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Wash and drain the Hearts of Palm Shredded.
- Cook the heavy cream with the parmesan grated cheese and the truffle caviar or truffle oil.
- Let it dense.
- Mix well.
- Fire the table adding the chopped chive.
