Ingredients

  • Hearts of Palm Lasagna

  • 4 cups of Sauce (your best sauce)

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, sautéed

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Wash the Hearts of Palm Lasagna.
  • Use a sheet pan, add olive oil.
  • Use two slices of Hearts of Palm Lasagna.
  • Add the Hearts of Palm sauce on top the mixed vegetables.
  • Add oregano and parsley on top.
  • Make four layers of lasagna.
  • Bake in a heated oven at 400˚F for 20 min.
