4 cups of Sauce (your best sauce)
2 cups mixed vegetables, sautéed
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp parsley
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Wash the Hearts of Palm Lasagna.
- Use a sheet pan, add olive oil.
- Use two slices of Hearts of Palm Lasagna.
- Add the Hearts of Palm sauce on top the mixed vegetables.
- Add oregano and parsley on top.
- Make four layers of lasagna.
- Bake in a heated oven at 400˚F for 20 min.
