Low Carb Pasta Scampi with Hearts of Palm Noodles

3 boxes of Hearts of Palm Spaghetti Pasta
2 cups heavy cream and 1 cup separated
1 pound butter
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt
1 bag frozen bell pepper and onion medley
- SEAFOOD
1 pound mixed seafood medley frozen
1 pound frozen langostino
4 oz of mushrooms (your choice or omit)
3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Soak 3 packages of spaghetti in the 1 cup of heavy cream for 1 hour before use.(this is separate from the 2 cups!)
- Melt butter in large sauté pan on medium heat.
- Add in frozen veggies and all seasonings, wine, and capers.
- Reduce heat to low..
- Add in pasta with heavy cream.
- Cook on low for 30 minutes for flavors to infuse.
- SEAFOOD
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Bake for 30 mins at 375 on a greased sheet pan.
- Serve on top of pasta and enjoy!
