1 cup of water
4 eggs yolks
1 cup of diced bacon
2 tbsp. of pecorino cheese
1 tsp of olive oil

Directions
- Wash and drain the Hearts of Palm Spaghetti.
- Seared the bacon.
- Add the water on the bacon and the eggs yolks.
- Stirred with the spaghetti.
- Serve with pecorino cheese on top
