Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Hearts of Palm Spaghetti

  • 1 cup of water

  • 4 eggs yolks

  • 1 cup of diced bacon

  • 2 tbsp. of pecorino cheese

  • 1 tsp of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Wash and drain the Hearts of Palm Spaghetti.
  • Seared the bacon.
  • Add the water on the bacon and the eggs yolks.
  • Stirred with the spaghetti.
  • Serve with pecorino cheese on top
